Really, the adventure began with our trip to Seattle to find an apartment. If I really want to get technical, I guess, the adventure began with Tyler's search for grad schools. Either way, we have found a small, but nice apartment to call home. I have decided to create a blog to share our adventures in and around Seattle.
I feel I must explain the title of this blog for those who don't know. Several years ago my Uncle Curtis and Aunt Alecia took trip to Seattle with many other family members. Their children, Braden and Kyla, were both very young at the time. Everyone was so excited to begin their trip to Seattle. As they were checking in at the airport Braden, who was probably about 3 or 4 at the time, was repeatedly asking "Who is Attle?" Curtis became very confused and frustrated, as he was busy with luggage and plane tickets. It was eventually determined that Braden thought they were going to see a person named Attle. I cannot help but think of this story as we begin our Seattle adventure. I hope that Attle is nice! (I also hope that Braden doesn't mind my use of this story.)
It is the night before we begin this Grand Adventure. We have rented a U-Haul truck to move our stuff to Seattle. We have a two day drive across what I hear is beautiful country!
